I am very excited to let you to know that we now have an associated luxury beach house in the coastal village of Lower Largo which is only a fifteen minute drive from St Andrews.

I  felt that it would give our guests the option of a wonderful beach holiday with the knowledge that the house has the same high standards as those of St Andrews Coach Houses including contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, with black granite worktops in the former and large profile tiling and power showers – and with all the extras you could hanker for, including flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and iPod docking station

Also it has super comfy beds Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and leather sofas you can really relax in.

John and I recently spent some time there to test it out before our first guests arrived and we loved it! We were out walking on the beach first thing in the morning, then bought fresh rolls for breakfast from the local shop and ate these  outside enjoying the wonderful views over the harbour. Also in the summer the Crusoe Hotel put glass paneling out on the pier so you can sit with a glass of chilled wine and soak up the sunshine and admire the stunning views over the long sandy beach at Lower Largo.

This stylish, beautifully appointed C listed detached holiday house in the heart of the quaint village of Lower Largo, near St Andrews (which sleeps 5/6 with 3 bedrooms) has been totally renovated to a very high standard and has amazing harbour/sea views. Lower Largo has a fabulous sandy beach and there is a general grocery shop, great pub and the Crusoe Hotel which does excellent food all within a 2 minute walk of the house. It is also close to Elie and a 20 min drive from St Andrews. It is the perfect spot for visiting St Andrews, for golf; visit the picturesque fishing villages along the coast; tackle the Fife Coastal Walk; visit historic houses and gardens or simply relax watching the boats go by.  The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (king-size, twin and single with pull out bed) 2 bathrooms, large lounge, spacious kitchen and utility room.
