In 2026 we will be launching our Wellness Retreat, which will include two Saunas with plunge pools in a tranquil setting nestled in one of our fields overlooking the farm.

The Coach Houses have been designed with your comfort as our priority with super comfy beds, Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and leather sofas you can relax in.

Situated at the edge of our working farm you get the unique opportunity to get up close to our sheep which all our guests’ children love. There is also a large activity barn on site with badminton, table tennis and much more which keeps all ages entertained for hours!

Dog-Friendly Accommodation in St Andrews

We’re happy to welcome one small, well-behaved dog in both The Castle and The Dukes Coach Houses (additional charges apply). These dog-friendly holiday cottages in St Andrews provide the perfect base for you and your furry friend to explore the countryside.

For allergy reasons, we kindly ask that no pets are brought into The Eden Coach House or any other non-pet designated areas.

Wheel Chair Accessible

All properties are wheelchair accessible with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Priory Lodge is all on the ground floor level. We do not however have specific disabled facilities within each cottage. For more information please call.
